Privacy Policy — pre-launch draft
This page is a pre-launch operational draft for Nextalyst, not a final legal policy. It describes the verified Phase 2 technical state and the items that must be completed before public launch.
Current Phase 2 data state
The site is not connected to n8n, a payment processor, transactional email, or a production database. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank details, medical information, immigration documents, employer-confidential files, or other sensitive identifiers. A final data-flow review is required before any live collection.
Hosting and third-party services
No production payment, email, analytics, or database vendor has been selected or connected for this Texas site. Webador may process technical and usage data under its own platform policies. The final policy must identify every production processor and purpose before launch; it must not rely on assumptions or unnamed vendors.
Required before public launch
The final policy must state the exact data collected, purpose and legal basis where applicable, processors, cookies and analytics, security controls, retention by data type, user access, export and deletion options, Texas and other applicable rights, and a verified privacy contact channel. Only confirmed contact information will be published.
