Terms of Service — pre-launch draft

These are preliminary operating terms, not final legal terms. Nextalyst organizes job-offer information for educational decision support and does not provide tax, legal, financial, insurance, medical, employment, immigration, or career advice.

Informational use and limitations

Results depend on user-entered information and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Nextalyst does not verify employer documents, guarantee future costs, predict job outcomes, or decide whether an offer should be accepted. Users remain responsible for confirming offer terms and making their own decisions.

Pricing and payment status

No payment system is active in Phase 2. Planned offers are a $19 one-time digital report and optional Premium at $29/month. Checkout disclosures, billing timing, taxes, delivery, cancellation, refunds, support, and processor terms must be approved before any public sale.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully; attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass it; scrape it beyond ordinary search indexing; resell or mass-redistribute reports; impersonate others; upload third-party confidential information without authorization; or treat an output as a substitute for required professional review. Final terms require legal review before launch.
